1. Who you are agreeing with

Stacky (“the app”) is operated by Nuno Guilherme Neves Duarte, an individual trading as Stacky, based in Portugal (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use Stacky.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Stacky.

2. Health disclaimer — please read this one

Health disclaimer

Stacky is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

Stacky is an organisational tool. It records what you choose to take and shows you information about it. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and nothing in it is a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Talk to a doctor or pharmacist before starting, stopping or changing any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, have a medical condition, or are giving supplements to a child.

The AI advisor is observational, not prescriptive. It describes patterns in what you have logged and flags things that may be worth reviewing. It does not know your medical history, and it will never tell you what dose to take. Treat what it says as a prompt for a conversation with a professional, not as a conclusion.

Reference values, evidence grades and interaction information come from published sources including EFSA and the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements. We cite our sources so you can check them. They are general population figures. They are not personalised to you, they can be revised, and we do not guarantee they are complete, current or correct for your situation.

If you think you are having a medical emergency, contact emergency services. Do not rely on this app.

You are responsible for what you take. Stacky records your decisions; it does not make them.

3. Your account

Keep your password to yourself and your account details accurate. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@stacky-app.com if you think someone else has access to it.

You can delete your account permanently at any time from inside the app. Deletion is irreversible and erases your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions

Stacky is free to use. Stacky Premium is an optional paid subscription that unlocks the AI conversation, the synergy map, cost analysis, extended routine history and other premium features.

Plans and pricing

  • Stacky Premium Monthly — one month, auto-renewing.
  • Stacky Premium Yearly — one year, auto-renewing.

Both plans currently carry an early-adopter introductory price for subscribers who have not subscribed before: a reduced monthly price for the first twelve months, or a reduced price for your first year on the yearly plan. The introductory and renewal prices are both shown on the subscription screen before you confirm. Introductory offers may be withdrawn for new subscribers at any time; one you have already started is not affected.

The price is always shown in your local currency on the subscription screen before you confirm. Prices may differ by country and may change; we will tell you before any change affects you, and Apple will ask you to confirm.

How billing works

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price for the plan you selected.
  • When an introductory price ends, the subscription continues automatically at the standard renewal price for your plan unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the introductory period ends.

How to cancel

Cancel in your device settings, not by contacting us — we cannot cancel it for you:

Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Stacky → Cancel Subscription

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

Apple is the seller and handles all refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.

Your EU withdrawal right. As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. By starting to use Premium immediately you ask us to begin performance during that period and acknowledge you lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed. This does not affect your statutory rights, and it does not affect Apple's own refund process, which is often more generous.

5. What you may not do

Don't use Stacky to break the law. Don't try to break into it, scrape it, overload it, or reverse-engineer it. Don't resell access or share your account. Don't upload anything unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing, and don't present anything from Stacky as medical advice to other people.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things.

6. What you share

You choose what to make public: your profile, stacks you mark public, and Passport cards you share. You keep ownership of your content. You give us a licence to host and display it as needed to run the app, and — for content you deliberately make public — to show it to other users.

Please don't share other people's health information, and don't present your stack as advice to anyone else.

7. Our content

The app, its design, its text and its curated substance and product data are ours or our licensors', and protected by copyright. Your subscription buys access, not ownership. Data sourced from third parties — including Open Food Facts, EFSA, the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements and published research — remains subject to its own terms and licences.

8. Availability

We work to keep Stacky running, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the app entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and time to export your data.

9. Limits on our liability

Stacky is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data or profits, or for decisions you make about your health based on information in the app.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law — including your mandatory rights as a consumer under Portuguese and EU law, which these terms do not override.

10. Apple

These terms are between you and us. Apple is not a party to them.

  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Stacky.
  • If Stacky fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation in relation to Stacky.
  • Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to Stacky, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims.
  • Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending or resolving any third-party intellectual property claim relating to Stacky.
  • You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and on your acceptance Apple has the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
  • Your use of Stacky must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Stacky after that means you accept the new terms. If you don't, you can stop using the app and delete your account.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes go to the Portuguese courts, but if you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and may bring proceedings there.

Consumers may refer eligible disputes to an approved alternative dispute resolution body under Law 144/2015. The relevant body for Stacky's location is the Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa (CACCL), at centroarbitragemlisboa.pt. A current list of Portuguese consumer dispute resolution bodies is available from the Direção-Geral do Consumidor at consumidor.gov.pt. This does not restrict your right to use the courts.
