Community guidelines.
Stacky is a place to show your own routine and ask about someone else’s. Say what you take and when. Leave the medicine to doctors.
Say what you take and when
Your bottles, your schedule, what you noticed. Do not say that a supplement treats, cures or prevents anything, do not give another person a dose, and do not tell anyone to start or stop a medicine. A message that names a disease, or says how much is “too much” or “safe”, is refused before it is published: we can’t publish health claims.
Be decent
You are a handle, not a credential. No harassment, threats, hate, impersonation, spam or hidden advertising. If a brand pays you or gives you product, say so. Add a source when you cite a study.
Keep private things private
Comments are public to everyone who can read the stack. Do not post anyone’s contact details or health information without their permission. Your intake history, moods, Apple Health measurements and what you paid are never part of a published stack.
Your controls
Edit or remove your own messages, mute a conversation, block a member. A stack owner can close comments. Blocking hides you from each other while signed in; public content can still be read while signed out.
If something is wrong
Use Report on a stack, profile or comment. Anyone can report illegal content without an account. Include the exact URL and explain the concern.
Content reported by three different signed-in accounts is automatically hidden pending human review. This temporary hold is not a finding of illegality. Report counts alone never suspend an account. A reviewer can restore content, keep it hidden or restrict an abusive account. We email the affected author the specific reason, scope and appeal information; reporters with an email receive the outcome. Your identity is not included in the message to the author.
To appeal, write to support@stacky-app.com with the report reference and the facts you want us to reconsider. A person reviews appeals. You may also seek judicial redress.
Stacky is an organisational tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice. Talk to a doctor or pharmacist before changing what you take. Terms · Privacy
