Describe the specific content and relevant facts. Name the law or legal right if you know it. Do not attach illegal material.

What happens next

A person reviews your notice. We may ask for more information. We tell you our decision and how to challenge it at the email you supply. A person whose content or account is restricted receives the reason and appeal information. Your identity is not included in that message.

For an appeal, email support@stacky-app.com with the reference, the decision you contest and the facts you want us to consider. This does not limit your right to seek judicial redress.

You can also email a notice to that address. Include the exact URL, why you believe the content is illegal, your name and email, and a statement that you believe your information is accurate and complete. You may omit name and email for notices about child sexual abuse or exploitation offences. If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services.
