Stacky is made by two people in Portugal. There is no ticketing system and no bot: an email goes to a person, and that person answers it.

Get in touch

support@stacky-app.com for anything about the app — a bug, a question, a product that is wrong in the catalogue, an account you cannot get into.

privacy@stacky-app.com for anything about your data specifically: access, correction, erasure, or a question about the privacy policy.

We answer in English and Portuguese.

What to send, so the answer is useful

None of this is required — write in whatever form you like and we will work it out. But if something is broken, these four things usually turn two emails into one:

  • The email address on your account, if you have one, so we can find it.
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • Where in the app it happened — the screen name is enough.
  • Your iOS version and iPhone model, and whether you are on TestFlight or the App Store.

A screenshot is worth all four. If the app crashed, say roughly when: crash reports carry timestamps and that is how we match yours.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from inside the app, without asking us: Profile → Settings → Delete account.

That is permanent and immediate. It hard-deletes your account and the health data attached to it — your stack, your intake history, your mood entries, your profile — rather than hiding it. It cannot be undone by us, because after it runs there is nothing left to restore. If you might want your history later, export it first.

Deleting your Stacky account does not cancel an App Store subscription, because Apple owns that relationship rather than us. Cancel it separately.

If you cannot reach the screen — you are locked out, or the app will not open — email support@stacky-app.com from the address on the account and we will do it for you.

Getting your data out

The app exports everything it holds about your tracking: your stack, your intake history with the times you actually ticked each dose, moods, the change log, your health profile and your subscription history. It arrives as a zip of CSVs plus one JSON file with the same rows.

It is yours whether or not you are leaving, and it is the thing to do before deleting an account.

Correcting a figure

Every intake figure on this site names the authority that published it and links to that authority’s own document. Those documents get revised, and we can transcribe one wrongly.

If a number is wrong, tell us at support@stacky-app.com and we will check it against the source and say what we found. Every figure in the app names the authority that published it, and we check a report against that authority’s own document before changing anything.

Subscriptions and refunds

Stacky Premium is billed by Apple, not by us, so we cannot see your payment details, change your plan or issue a refund.

  • Manage or cancel: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions, or on your iPhone under Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
  • Refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.

If Premium is not unlocking after a purchase, that is ours — email us and include the date of the purchase.
